To qualify for this position, we require a Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major, complemented by coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences. Additionally, we value hands-on experience in public or private social work, with at least one year of direct aging program experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced computer proficiency, are essential in effectively fulfilling your role.
