Property Manager/Office Manager

Looking for part time (10-20 hours/week) property manager/office manager in small Carlsbad Company.Responsibilities to include leasing and maintenance of various company-owned properties including office co-op operation at main location of company (i.e. location where this person would have an office).Job is part time with flexibility in terms of hours and balance of remote/on-site work (though some on-site time is needed as well as some trips to properties – all in San Diego County).We are looking for a smart, up-beat and positive person who cares about quality work and other people.We want someone who is self-motivated and who can solve their own problems and come up with clever solutions.Lots of opportunity for advancement and increased income (and wealth).

Property management experience is a plus but not necessary.

$30-45/hour depending on experience
