Property Manager - Communities Property Management Division

We are looking for a driver that can take our property management division to the next level. This position has an emphasis on the growth and operations of the division. We are looking for someone with property management experience that can lead and executive the vision for the company.

Property Manager duties and responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Advertising vacant properties and screening applications.
• Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and property turns as required
• Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
• Managing owner agreements and renewals
• Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
• Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs
• Managing leases and renewals
• Analyzing competitors to constantly expand and improve our business
• Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
• Managing incoming communications for the division including phone calls and emails
• Evaluating tenant and owner satisfaction
• Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
• Conducting Move In/Move Out and Periodic Inspections
• All other duties as assigned
• Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
