Collins Construction Co., Inc. and Kubricky Construction Corp. are seeking a full-time Project Scheduler based in our Wilton, NY Corporate Headquarters. As a Project Scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for creating, managing, and integrating schedules for multiple projects and providing scheduling support for Estimating, Operations and Risk Management.

Salary - $75,000-$100,000/annual

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

• Interpret plan sets and contract documents; and communicate with Estimating and Project Management Team about schedule compliance
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team to produce P6 CPM Schedules for awarded projects
• Coordinate with Project Management Team to produce schedule updates in software required by owner, such as Microsoft Project
• Coordinate with the Estimating Team to create preliminary schedules prior to bid
• Coordinate with Project Management Team to update schedules monthly, or as needed, and submit update reports to clients
• As needed, identify delays, and produce and review time impact analyses and delay claims
• Work closely with Project Management team to developing project reporting to aid in analyzing the status of projects and company program to improve project success
• Assist Project Team monitoring and documenting project progress to identify and communicate potential issues or conflicts and help mitigate those issues

Required Qualifications

• Values teamwork
• Experience with data analytics using Excel or equivalent
• Must possess a clean, valid driver’s license
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Previous heavy civil infrastructure industry experience, such as civil, structures, or heavy highway construction is preferred
• Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to mentor, train, and develop Project Engineers, Superintendents, Project Managers in schedule updates and reporting
• Experience in bridge and road work is highly beneficial
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management Business, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years scheduling or project management experience
• A minimum of 3 years scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6
• Proven leadership ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams within the company, clients, and various stakeholders
