Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Scheduler to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced schedulers to plan and coordinate itinerary arrangements for our clients. We welcome applicants with no prior experience or degree in hotel coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and reported accurately
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to arrangements
  • Develop and distribute itineraries to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist in researching and booking arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of the event is being coordinated effectively
  • Participate in evaluating company success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future improvements


Requirements:


  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours, as needed
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
