Project Manager - Workplace (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Project Manager, preferably with enterprise-wide support for in-person and return to workplace efforts exposure and timeline, task management experience is highly desired.

Job Title: Project Manager – Workplace Experience

Duration: 4+ months

Location: Portland, OR

Local: Hybrid/Onsite once per week

Work hours: 8am-5pm PST; 30-40 hrs./wk.; onsite 4 times per month (Hybrid)

Get the deliverables Employee Experience enterprise-wide support team organized and executing on for in-person experience and return to workplace efforts. Understand needs of different employee segments and research/help implement best practice research. Engage team members and stakeholders to assist in the effort. Team size is 5 and this role needs a lot of interaction with team members and extensive interaction with the hiring managers. Anticipate lots of moving parts to keep track of and when the business decision is unpopular for some would require change management and positivity insights.

Job Duties:

• Work with managers and stakeholders to solve problems. Must have passion for business performance and employee experience to align purpose and vision.
• Monitor work plans, facilitate meetings, and help with necessary tasks, regardless of scope.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all Levels.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Experience Required: 5 + Flexible, must be seasoned in managing people.

Education Required: bachelor’s degree, proven enterprise-wide Project Manager for 5+ years.
