Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in overseeing the design and implementation of retail stores across the NORCAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each store is designed and built to meet the company's standards and objectives, within budget and on time.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design objectives, budgetary constraints, and project timelines are met.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project implementation.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the management team and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and potential issues.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for retail store design projects.

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to retail store design and construction.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with contractor bidding process
  • Proven experience in managing retail store design projects from conception to completion.
  • Capacity to evaluate, supervise, execute, and assign tasks to ensure project stays on schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
