Any Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

Manage and support teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans

Implement the Kroger Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition efforts

Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies and tools

Certified by a professional Change Management organization as a Change Management Professional

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or HR management

Demonstrated skill in budget management and resource allocation.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong emphasis on OCM practices.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) a plus.

Familiarity with the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of claims processes.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships.

High level of self-motivation and the capacity to work effectively in a remote setting.

10-15 years organizational change management experience with a professional services / consulting background (Director / Executive Level Resource)

Experience facilitating change management of some kind of financial ERP system implementation / upgrade

Build detailed OCM work plan for communications, training, organization activities working closely with Program Management Office Communications and Training Lead

Monitor and report regularly on change efforts and progress via common project management activities such as status reporting

fully remote 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities of the OCM Director:

Maintain Training project plan for global implementations and ongoing release management

Enthusiastic about Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training!

Manage administration for global training course delivery, including calendar invites, rosters, attendance sheets, session recordings, assessments, test logs, evaluations, transcripts, etc.

Experience or interest in training design and development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

PMP certification is a plus

Intermediate skill in the use of Excel and Word. Advanced preferred.

Video editing skills is a plus.

Strong analytical skills are a plus!
