Project Manager I Jobs

The Project Manager I will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope may change periodically. Flexibility, agility, and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders are the keys to success.
Candidate must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
Responsibilities:

• Facilitate team meetings, ensuring all team members are engaged and informed
• Lead or assist in developing, project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., project charter, Statement of Work etc…)
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project team, senior management, and external partners
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
• Report project issues, risks and outcomes to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Exhibit project and self-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• 2+ years of Healthcare Project Management experience
• Highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $60,000 to $80,000 (annualized USD).
