Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the projects assigned including, but not limited to project specifications, materials, manpower, safety, budget, quality control and liaison with shipyard and yacht.


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

• Extensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, market coating systems, scheduling and other techniques needed for maximizing production performance and efficiency.

• Knowledge in leading a workforce and subcontractors.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate with yacht industry stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency with technologies and equipment that is used in production.

• Ability to deliver training.

• Ability to handle pressure to assess and allocate priorities.

• Ability to do a “hands-on approach” to work.

• Must be flexible in work hours.

• Knowledge in cost control and budget efficiency.

• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.


Education/ Work Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of ship repair or marine industry experience preferred however, not required.

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
