Project Manager (Healthcare/Health Insurance) _ Remote _ Contract

Kaeppel Consulting is looking for a Project Manager who has healthcare/health insurance experience. All candidates that will be considered for this position MUST hold prior experience leading initiatives in the healthcare/health insurance industry. This position will be 100% remote and will be a contracted role, lasting a minimum of 6 months in duration.

In order to be considered for this position, you MUST reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

You will play a critical role in the execution of key strategic projects as part of our client's business transformation and will include support for a wide variety of critical transformation projects as part of our client's overall portfolio.

Required:

• Should have worked in a Start-up environment
• Hands-on experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding PMO processes and guidelines; developing PMO software
• Experience in Change Management
• Deliver multiple projects
• Knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be a Person who is an up-and-coming start.
• Should be able to develop templates and procedures.
• Strong communications skills, presentation skills, and ability to work with Microsoft tools well
• Should be able to work on tasks, but pivot quickly if a change in direction happens.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management & Business Analysis
• Bachelor's degree
