JOB SUMMARY
Teach students who are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills. Prepare students to take Project Management certification exams. Interact with students in a virtual or face-to-face environment to improve knowledge and/or career skills.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages resources, including working with PM-ProLearn staff and training clients.
Manages the technologies required to deliver training.
Instructs students and grades student performance.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with students.
Maintains required records for course attendance and other necessary training information.
Monitors student progress throughout each course and mentors/coaches as needed.
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training to clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Proficiency in the subject knowledge area.
Proficiency in adult teaching methods.
Proficiency in virtual teaching methods.
Proficiency in classroom polling methods.
Proficiency in learning management system instructor tasks.
Proficiency in online collaborative training methods.
Proficiency in responding to student questions.
Proficiency in classroom management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Extensive and diversified background with at least 5 years of related experience.
Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Travel is required.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk.
Prolonged periods working on computer.
Prolonged periods of speaking to a class audience.
