Project Leader - Pmo

Position Objective

Responsible for implementing Improvement & Transformation projects in Finance and Accounting areas

Responsibilities

• Direct Report to Mexico CFO and LATAM Transformation Regional Leader.
• Resolve problems that can prevent or delay the achievement of the implementation plan, working as a team with the different areas such as Operations, Finance, Commercial and Taxing.
• Responsible to lead, direct, execute of several new systems and Process Improvement.
• Support Accounting, Human Resources, Billing and Commercial teams communicating in a clear way the goals of each new project, act as main coordination center with them and the Global teams.
• Cross management of the organization projects as they are needed, manage the resources adequately, understand needs and promote the organization profitability.
• Work closely with Global Transformation team in the execution of Transformation iniciatives of the Service to Cash and Workforce Management.
• Communicate periodically advancements and alert about problems or delays regarding the delivery dates of each project execution.
• Act as main communication center between local teams and regional management, as well as global/corporate magagement.

Requirements and Competencies

• Excellent organization, Good communication and results focus.
• Tool management knowledge for data visualization such as Poser BI
• Minimal experience of 10 years, including at least 5 years leading Project implementation of new billing, suppliers and accounting systems.
• Process Continuous Improvement process experience (Desired)
• Advanced Excell use
• Knowledge on financial systems including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accounting.
• Advanced analyze and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor in General Accounting or Accounting Auditor
• Capable of directing and influence team members to achieve with assigned tasks and committed deadlines.
• Results Oriented.
• Green Belt Certification (Desired)
• Aereonautic industry experience (Desired)
• Advanced english.
• Capable of learning the business dynamics fast, understand the issues for improvement and transformation projects.
