Job Description
Our client is a leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of lighting products and safety systems for a variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, vocational and passenger vehicles, plus lighting for industries such as agriculture, mining, forestry, construction, emergency/rescue, municipal, recreational, and military.

Responsible for developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also oversee developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. This role will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of our Client Services team, identifying key opportunities for improvement, as well as building and managing our I.S. (Information Services) project management office (PMO). Responsibilities include desktop, laptop, and workstation hardware installation and maintenance, desktop application delivery and support, printing services, I.S. Service Desk, and mobile device management. This role will also develop our I.S. project methodology, governance, run projects, and manage any dedicated I.S. project managers.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains and supports network printing systems and service provider.
  • Works with the I.S. Computing Services team to maintain the corporate collaboration systems (Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Maintains and supports user endpoints (Desktops, Laptops, Workstations).
  • Builds and maintains annual budget for Client and Project services.
  • Creates and maintains vendor relationships.
  • Manages mobile phones and service provider.
  • Creation and implementation of the PMO, including a formal I.S. project methodology and governance.
  • Develops and maintains service level metrics and KPIs.
  • Manages the I.S. Service Desk and I.T. Service Management system.
  • Creates and maintains applicable cybersecurity policies through collaboration with cybersecurity leader.
  • Coordinates user equipment moves, additions, and changes.
  • Manages support staff and project managers.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • CompTIA Project +, PMP, or other project certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent is a plus.
