THE ROLE
DEPT® seeks a Project Coordinator who will work to support the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of projects. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills combined with critical thinking to help them be effective across teams to help project leads work together. Project coordinators will be responsible for oversight of and communication related to project financials, activities, and schedule to help the team as a whole deliver the best quality work to our clients. Ideal resources will have experience with in-depth data analysis and identifying potential risks or issues that need to be addressed by the project team.
Your Role. Key Responsibilities.
  • Participating in or running team standups and understanding development progress
  • Project budget vs actual tracking and analysis
  • Taking excellent meeting notes and organizing/communicating resulting takeaways and action items
  • Time management including resource allocation, timecard review, and time approval
  • Working with other project management team members to support project specific activities
  • Organization and communication of planned activities with your project team
  • Organization and management of project development in tools such Jira and Confluence
  • Tracking progress, due dates and priorities of various project items such as risks, blockers, dependencies and key milestones
  • Coordinating with internal and external resources related to project activities
Your Experience. Basic Qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collect and organize information while also gathering insights from that data on risks or issues on the project. Candidates should be able to qualify the data in front of them to determine its validity and understand the larger implications of that data to the project team
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Detail oriented and organized while also being able to balance priorities across multiple projects and accounts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to leverage and toggle between various systems every day
Set Yourself Apart. Preferred Skills
  • Scrum or agile experience/certification
  • Resource allocation management
  • ECommerce agency experience
  • Competency in Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products
  • Project financial tracking

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
