**Contract-to-Hire**
Pay Rate - $19.50/hour
Schedule:
Various schedules needed
SMTW - 5am - 4pm PST & 8am - 7pm PST (10 hour shifts)
MTWRF - 9am/11am/12pm/1pm PST start times (8 hour shifts)
M--RFY - 5am - 4pm PST & 9am - 8pm PST (10 hour shifts)
SMTW--- = Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (10 hour days)
- MTWRF- = Traditional M-F (8 hour days)
-M--RFY = Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (10 hour days)
**Will be required to work holiday’s if your regular schedule fall on that day**
they need to be open to work 5am - 9pm PST weekdays and weekends
Training:
First week - Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time / 7am to 4pm Pacific Time

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with technology; experience with Google apps, Apple products, and customer relationship management software a plus
- Ability to independently manage one’s own workload while maintaining quality targets, department metrics, and exceeding member expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience in healthcare or benefits/insurance organization is highly preferred.
- Be empathetic. You’ll work with members and their families who are going through challenging times. Ability to keep perspective, be empathetic, be efficient and reassure them that you can help is critical to the role
- Bilingual/Spanish and English speaking needed
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve complex situations
- A sense of humor. We work hard. So we like to laugh a lot too
- Excellent verbal skills are essential as you’ll need to explain our services with confidence, speak clearly, confidently, and have a friendly phone demeanor
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Exceptional business writing skills, including accurate spelling and grammar. Not only will you talk to people on the phone, you’ll communicate with patients and doctors in writing as well
- Ability to work from a home office if needed
