Job Description

Hybrid Onsite


Work week: Mon to Fri (7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Overtime: Minimal/ Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Assists Engineering Specialists and Managers with the preparation of submittals and operation/maintenance manuals.
  • Coordinate with customers on contract documentation including tax documents, purchase orders, and general information.
  • Coordinates with various staff for accurate and timely recording of costs, including time sheets, daily reports, etc.
  • Prepare invoices for any additional documentation required for purposes.
  • Communicates effectively with other team members concerning problems, obstacles, issues, and information needs.
  • Schedule internal team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
  • Assists in the initiation and tracking of contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion date.
  • Ability to function in a team environment.
  • Comprehend Contracts to determine the need for specific documentation.
  • Set-up up a business system based on Sales to Operations transition documents.
  • Ability to work regularly and dependably.
  • Ensures compliance with Delegation of Authority and Sarbanes and Oxley.

  • Works with the manager and assists in the forecasting of projects.
  • Assists Manager with the cost at completion forecast.

  • Processes invoices and validates them according to project contract documentation.

MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of related experience in

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in general accounting and general knowledge around installation and operations of, and/or preferred.
  • Associate Arts degree in or equivalent
