Job Description

Summary/Objective


Provides administrative support to project staff and employees at designated work sites. If you have office manager experience or admin experience please apply.


Essential Functions

  • Other office duties including ordering of supplies, maintenance of files, coordination of office phones and logging of trucking and any materials requested by project management.
  • Enters and tracks payroll, ensuring all employees at designated site are paid correctly.
  • Foster and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Serve as liaison between employees and human resources, especially throughout the hiring process and onboarding.
  • Perform general office management duties, including the routing of documents, coordination of meetings and events, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting for office equipment, including computers, iPads, and smart phones.

Supervisory Requirements

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

This is an office-based role at a designated work site.


Physical Demands

The employee regularly sits for long periods of time at a desk in front of a computer screen. The employee occasionally may be required to lift, push, pull or carry objects.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands; and reach with hands and arm. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. This position will require occasional long hours.


Travel

The role requires minimal travel, typically between local offices or jobsites.


Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Enrollment in coursework towards BA/BS preferred.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Viewpoint experience a plus.
  • HR experience a plus.
  • Payroll experience a plus.
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred.


Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
