Job Description
Position Summary


Supports the US Green Grass department via the service of all Staff professionals and Management Group customers through dedicated product forecasting, reporting and analytics, technology management and implementation, loaner programs and other related projects. Executes events and is responsible for all communication to Staff professionals. Provides backup support in all support functions as needed to ensure a superior level of service to all Staff professionals.


Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities


  • Manage additional reporting requirements. To include, but not limited to service metrics, Trade-In & Swap Program tracking / analysis, Management Group resource planning (Loaner Rental Program, range balls, hats, glove, etc.) and other reporting needs as requested by Directors.
  • Responsible for forecasting the product needs for key revenue drivers for Management Group program such as Loaner Rental Program, bags, gloves, headwear, rental ball and range balls. Forecast product needs for 3500+ Staff professionals’ personal product allocations, ensuring new product is received prior to launch dates. Yearly demands for product allocations as well as event product are communicated timely to the organization to ensure all product needs are met without delay.
  • Manage department financial health and tracking via monthly actuals vs budget analysis, detailed product spends and annual AOP modeling
  • Provide Super User support to lead the development, testing, and enhancements of TMDirect Staff website, to ensure the functionality is efficient to support the needs of 3500 Staff professionals. Liaison with technical teams to assist with prioritization of resources. Includes process flow clarification and bug fixing, content management and product offering.
  • Work cross-functionally with Tour Operations and technical team to improve GTS’s ability to process Staff and Management Group orders and track costs.
  • Assist with the expansion and adoption of Dynamics 365 as a tool to connect with Staff professionals and Management Group customers. Liaison with technical teams to ensure USSM needs are met and data is accurately interfaced from Oracle to meet specific Staff requirements.
  • Manage all reporting functions. To include, but not limited to accurate and timely KPI reporting utilizing Business Objects / DOMO to Green Grass Management, Sales Management, and Field Sales. Manage yearly contract allocation process to Field Sales and Sales Management teams and provide detail reporting by sales territory and summary reporting by region to ensure Staff strategy is followed. Manage Field Sales tools for efficiency and enforcement of contract allocations. Manage department Sharepoint files and provide support as needed.


COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY


  • Liaison with digital and brand teams to create robust marketing materials for Staff website, events and communication assets to elevate customer’s experience and connectivity to the brand.
  • Manages all Staff communication.
  • Manages social media engagement strategy for Staff professionals and National Fitters Council, including driving content and awareness.


EVENT MANAGEMENT


  • Management and execution of 10-15 high profile events each year. Responsible for planning and procuring inventory and non-inventory items
  • Manage Golf Genius tournament software set up and payments
  • Manages crate packing, shipping, and return of assets. Assists with set up and day of execution, as well as branding and signage to ensure a world class experience.
  • Responsible for all event communication, including post event communication to all Staff professionals.


STAFF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SUPPORT/MISC


  • Ensures a premium standard of customer service is provided at all times. Provides back up support to Staff service phone line and Staff shared email in box.
  • Responsible for special projects as required by department strategy.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.


Knowledge And Skills Requirements


  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced Oracle and IProcurement systems capability
  • Advanced DOMO, GTS, Echosign and MS Dynamics capabilities
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel capability – create dynamic reports with PivotTables, manage large datasets with functions (IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP), format cells, build complex formulas / charts / graphs.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Golf Genius capability
  • High level of golf skills, knowledge, and terminology are must. Golf handicap index less than 10 is preferred.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to works well under pressure and against deadlines.
  • Ability to develop relationships and provide service at the highest level. Outgoing and flexible personality to connect with staff members and internal partners.


Education, Work Experience, And Professional Certifications


  • Experience and/or knowledge of the sports promotion industry are preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics / reporting.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a business / accounting focus.


Work Environment / Physical Requirements


  • Ability to walk and carry camera equipment over long periods of time.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Frequent domestic travel required (estimated 25%)
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • Primarily office environment, consistent computer use


TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $80–$90K. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
