Engagement Managers are integral members of our consulting teams, leading Analysts, Associate Consultants and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration. Our projects are focused in the following areas: enterprise strategy, strategic partnerships, value-based care, and digital strategy.

This is a role works remotely with occasional client travel. Compensation will include base salary, performance bonus, and a full suite of benefits.

Salary range: $150,000-220,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
