What will you do?

As the Senior Manager, Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the aircraft launch from development to completion, while mentoring and guiding talented Technical Program Managers. You'll lead program teams, introduce modern program management methodologies, and oversee the integration and development of complex Air Vehicle hardware and software. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the programs forward and delivering the highest quality products on time and within budget.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience managing whole aircraft programs and leading Senior/ Lead level Program Managers
• A strong background in product development
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or Software Engineering (or a related field)
• Extensive experience as a Head of Programs or Program Director or Senior Manager, Program Manager
• Proficiency in program management tools
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
