Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for assuring the overall provision of services to clients in the agency’s Intensive Services Programs. The Program Manager supports the successful integration of treatment services for all clients and all issues related to contract compliance. The Program Manager is expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of the program and demonstrates a commitment to services and values of the agency. The Program Manager reports directly to the assigned Director.


Requirements


  • Must have internet, a computer with a camera and Microsoft Office or a compatible program
  • Five years supervisory experience in a comparable mental health setting
  • COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption
  • Master's Degree and valid California professional license as an MFT, LCSW, PsyD or Clinical Psychologist
  • Valid California Driver's license, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position


Competitive Salary:


$105,000-$115,000
