This role will work cases and support the different product groups in Global Program Care as needed. The tasks could include (but are not limited to) general client account support and issue resolution, data analysis, OBT L1 support, PRDS maintenance, and PTC support. You may be required to intake client issues via phone or email, along with working cases via Salesforce.
Qualifications:

• Provides functional support for MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data consolidation, analysis and client document needs
• Motivated to learn and flexible to accommodate changes in priorities and work tasks
• Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility is key! This role will be expected to work in each GPC area that requires assistance. This may change daily.
• At least five years’ experience in the travel industry with extensive experience of business/corporate travel operational reservation work flow procedures
• Excellent business writing skills, to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
• Creative problem solving skills
• Facilitate end to end resolutions utilizing internal resources and partnering with GBT support groups.
• A proven background in client servicing.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
• Identify any gaps in support processes and work to improve Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective format
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Strong independent decision-making capability Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
