The Multimedia Production Manager will lead a team of two and oversee the filming, editing and execution of video projects on behalf of the Company. This role is also responsible for providing technical and creative guidance for internal and external video and multi-media projects created in-house or externally, as well as the ongoing assessment, improvement, and implementation of technical processes for visual communications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, objectives, and deadlines; develops teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; and embodies Company Purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
- Ensures technical functionality of equipment to ensure the project is completed with the highest quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manages relationships with outside video production and photography vendors when outsourcing is appropriate and acts as liaison with internal departments on projects, managing the creative pipeline and deliverables from initial request to final approval, leveraging internal and external resources to develop impactful creative campaigns.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with departments to develop multimedia projects. Works with Communications Team and directly with organizational leaders to define the scope, design, and timeline of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, scripting, production, post-production, graphic creation and animation, sound, and voice-over talent
- Manages video and photography assets on various channels, including but not limited to Box, Adobe, and Vimeo and internal brand center. This also includes ensuring compatibility of content to use on various social channels and sharing platforms
- Oversee operation of video production studio
- Manages creative team to plan, develop and produce internal and external videos, podcasts, and occasional television ads that share our Company's story internally and externally
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to use discretion when working with sensitive information
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience building motion graphics a plus
- FAA pilot license (to fly a drone)
- Management experience preferred
- Strong Project Management and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years experience
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Visual Communications or related field

- Some travel required
