Production Coordinator, Digital Jobs

This role will support a team of producers for all phases of production, from pre-production to post-production. You will work on a team dedicated to creating compelling digital content. This position will be vital in supporting the logistics and coordination of various production projects. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of production activities, from pre-production to post-production. We need an individual who is a team player and has a strong desire to learn. You must be organized and can manage multiple projects at once.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Support production for all digital projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling.
• Be an effective communicator and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Stay up to date of production trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills For Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office and Keynote programs
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize projects effectively.

Pay Range:

$56,160.00 USD - $84,240.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
