This job is ON SITE*

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with design team and ability to collaborate with various teams to conceptualize creative graphic communications fulfilling project objectives
• Oversee design and production of apparel graphics maintaining high standards across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and brand-right
• Conceptualize, develop, and produce a range of print-ready designs including licensed apparel, non-licensed apparel and product branding
• Retouch artwork according to the creative recommendations and production specifications and expectations
• Develop our company brand to increase brand presence and keep up with current and upcoming trends within the industry, pushing out of the box creative thinking
• Ability to create materials based on existing style guides to fit brand image
• Work closely with Design Director in art direction and leading projects to completion

Qualifications:

• Must possess organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously
• At least 3-5 years in apparel graphic design
• Experience in Screen Printing
• Experience in licensed apparel is a plus
• Ability to design in various styles of art with strong illustration skills
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
