Product Manager (F/M/D)

Purpose of Position
Deliver products that customer love. This involves playing a pivotal role working with agile development teams, business stakeholders, designers, localisation specialists to build high-quality products.
Join our team in our Product Hubs in Berlin, London or Amsterdam, or work from another country where Awin has an office you can choose: Munich, Milan, Paris, Madrid, Warsaw or Stockholm.
Key Tasks

• You will work with Designers and the UX team to create easy, pleasant to use functionality
• You will partner with customer-facing teams to gather customer feedback and insights, and use that feedback to inform product development decisions
• In this role you will serve as the Product Owner for internal or external engineers, leading them to develop high-quality products for our customers
• You will iIdentify opportunities with product peers to further add value to our plugins and various platform integrations
• You will work with the Product Marketing team to communicate releases and drive adoption of existing and new products
• You will define and measure product success metrics and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
• You will manage the platform integrations roadmap and collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain a list of next priorities with sound business cases
• You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce, customer-data platform landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy for platform integrations

Skills & Expertise

• You are self-motivated, organised, capable of prioritising work and focusing on important tasks
• You are experienced with Ecommerce or similar platforms
• You are great at communicating and managing stakeholders
• You are comfortable with web technologies
• You have two or more years of experience working in product development roles
• You are data driven and possess deep analytical and problem-solving skills
