We’re looking for an awesome Product Management Intern to join the Product Management, Usability Team! Individual reports to Sr. Product Manager. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

This exciting opportunity is a paid internship for 20-30 hours per week, approximately 3 months, working with both the Ultra and Mint Mobile brands.

What You Can Gain

As Product Management Intern, you will be an integral part of the Usability group. You will work with Product Managers and UX Researchers to go through and document all experiences in our account management platforms. This will help us identify and prioritize friction points and potential solutions across Desktop Web, Mobile Web, and App.

• Agile Overview: Grooming, Planning, Standup with Development teams
• Learnings:
• User Experience Research
• The Product Management Intern will own the creation of Project Source, a production repository that will be used to reference all scenarios real subscribers can experience in app and account management. They will be accountable for activating & managing various types of production accounts for documentation purposes.
• Identifying KPIs from primary business flows
• Product Development Cycle for App & Web Account Management

• Manage your time effectively so that you’re maintaining a 30 hour work week with the appropriate meal and rest breaks, no meal penalties, and only pre-approved Overtime.

MUST HAVES

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Students currently enrolled in an education program or have recently graduated within 1 year. This also includes bootcamps such as specific skilled certification programs.
• Ability to work cohesively with a cross-functional team and effectively manage change.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, present, and articulate data in a clear manner.
