Product Management Intern Jobs

PathMatch is a Career Navigation App for Students and Recruiting Platform for Employers. Our client, a mission-driven, VC-backed startup in growth mode, is seeing a Product Management Intern for Fall 2023. The team has built an amazing product working alongside therapists, technologists, and parents and are excited to grow their team.

Here are some of the things you’ll do/work on:

• Drive internal and external stakeholder communication around releases, bug status, product KPIs and other product related activities
• Organize, craft, and evaluate customer surveys, customer interviews, or other data gathering initiatives
• Conduct customer research
• Perform QA checks on our product
• Learn how our product works
• Perform user research administrative tasks. This includes recruiting, scheduling, and organizing key customer interview activities.
• Surface new ideas, problems, and pain points based on customer feedback channels, market analytics, and interactions with internal stakeholders
• Own our product internal and external release notes
• Attend daily engineering stand-ups
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify & operationalize process improvements which improve team efficiency & quality

• You’re self-motivated and a self-starter. You have a great attitude in the face of challenges both personal and work related
• You enjoy having an ever-expanding span of influence, want to have your voice heard and make decisions
• You want to pursue a career in product management or product marketing
• You're committed to having a positive impact both in the work you do and the good it does in the world

Nice to haves

• You have experience with SQL or other data languages
• You are a Notion power user or familiar with the system
• You are passionate about child development and how technology impacts kids
• You have previous startup experience
• You’ve used an email marketing tool in the past
