Product Management Director Jobs

What will you be doing:

The Product Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our portfolio of products with the goal of improving patient outcomes and supporting dynamic company growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to driving innovation, launching and scaling healthcare products, and program/application/software management. The Product Management Director will partner with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, Claims Processing, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Customer Service, to ensure that the company's systems, products, and solutions meet the needs of its customers.

What will you come with:

· 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a healthcare or related industry.

· 2+ years of experience leading a team of cross-functional Product Owners.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong experience in program or project management, including experience leading Agile development using Scrum.

· Ability to be innovative, creative, and think “outside the box”.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges that may arise during the product development process.

· Experience with backlog management /agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

· Strong understanding of technology and its application in healthcare, including experience with Claims Processing and other healthcare IT systems.
