Strong working knowledge of security technologies including the indicators of compromise and TTPs associated with different systems.

Experience and understanding of existing and emerging cyber security threats, mitigation techniques, security policy development and execution.

Comfortable and experienced in client presentations and interactive discussions across various formats at all levels of an organization.

Skilled in communication of complex security related topics including threat and risk analysis and mitigation technology and best practices.

Lead a team of product managers and develop their skills and capabilities.

8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management.

5+ years leadership and people management experience

Partner with legal and compliance teams to create a customer-centric, compliant and optimized experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience

Experience in gaming, loyalty, loyalty, membership, and/or subscription-based products preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience.

Experience leading Product Management initiatives within the healthcare space is required.

Ability to clearly communicate; work in team environments, with minimum 3 years people management experience

Cybersecurity experience and understanding of attack techniques and security ecosystem

Ability to deliver messaging to both technical and business audiences with strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery

· Strong experience in program or project management, including experience leading Agile development using Scrum.

· Experience with backlog management /agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

· 2+ years of experience leading a team of cross-functional Product Owners.
