Clarify is looking for Product Management Associate to focus on the development of the Clarify Care Grouping (CCG) platform. The CCG platform powers Clarify’s products – it includes both the technologies and methodologies that allows us to generate insights from large volumes of data. A product manager on the platform team sits in the center of the organization and has the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across all functions at Clarify. This role will work closely with engineering, informatics, and data science to build/refine CCGs, metrics, data science models and integrate new data features into the UI.

The Product Management Associate will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

  • Assisting in assessing/refining methodologies of CCGs, metrics, and data science models
  • Partnering with stakeholders across engineering, informatics, data science, and product to understand new use cases and manage tradeoffs when creating impactful data features
  • Driving new feature development from concept to release and support
  • Researching the external landscape to understand business requirements, competitive offerings, and market trends
  • Driving data analyses (individually or as a facilitator) on proposed or existing data features
  • Being the expert on all stages of the data (raw, CCG, data science, UI) and helping our internal/external users understand all aspects of our data

We are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Product Management Associate will have:

  • Strong bias for action who enjoys taking on challenging problems, can juggle multiple priorities, and can operate effectively within ambiguous and changing environments
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with intermediate SQL experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customer, product, and engineering teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-4 years of professional experience preferably in healthcare, analytics, and/or software development
  • Experience with or a willingness to learn product management skills including Agile development and software architectural concepts
  • Experience with large datasets and/or healthcare claims data
