As a Director of Product Management, you will:

Be responsible for the member experience of accessing care through our mobile and web apps

10+ years of experience in the product delivery/building space

Experience in a fast-growing start-up environment or enterprise with AI products

Work with the Chief Product Officer to design and execute the companies product strategy

Lead end to end product development with a focus on delivering to key clients

Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, engineering etc) to work on product launches

Work with the Product Marketing team to analyze and identify trends and new avenues for innovation

4-7 years of experience as a product delivery manager, agile product manager, or similar.

The Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.

Manages all project-resourcing schedules for product development teams.

Experience with developing project plans.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead through influence and work with stakeholders.

Enjoys working in a dual-track agile environment and has experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Productboard, Trello).

Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master (mid-to-senior level experience).

Partner with the Product Managers on deliverables for their individual workstreams and build delivery plans.

Have a deep understanding of the objectives/goals for each product workstream and the priorities of each Product Manager.

Collaborate with Product Managers to solve problems and remove blockers

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to create and manage a Release Calendar.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Quality Management experience is a plus

Conduct quality reviews of group product form filings in accordance with the Forms and Filing Quality Management Program

At least one year of Group Benefits drafting & filing experience is strongly preferred

Communicate quality review findings to specialists and managers

Provide coaching to specialists and managers through consistent, clear and continuous feedback through reviews

Experience building out a data platform / ETL / API layer for asset management preferable in the cloud

Experience establishing data governance, controls, patterns to capture, store, and transmit data across domains in scope.

Create & own the Product Backlog for all user stories/requirements supporting the Data Domains/Products owned by Operations Technology

Defines scope and objectives for software development team goals.

Reviews the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of the operating systems software.

Communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation.

Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience (i.e., product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience leading and mentoring teams of product managers and product owners.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science is required.

Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build outdoor recreation and home fitness equipment

The Primary need is for OUTDOOR PRODUCTS in the spring/summer months.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up to date and reflects the most current priorities.

At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner

Product Owner position requirements -
