Knowledge of group insurance products

Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet changing customer needs.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Estimated Hourly Wage: $18.75-$27.30, plus annual bonus opportunity

Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

4-7 years of experience as a product delivery manager, agile product manager, or similar.

The Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.

Manages all project-resourcing schedules for product development teams.

Experience with developing project plans.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead through influence and work with stakeholders.

Enjoys working in a dual-track agile environment and has experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

Reports to management on observations, recommendations, and results.

Knowledge of commercial general liability underwriting practices, with knowledge of workers' compensation line of business is a plus.
