The Role


As a Sr. Product Manager in Transaction Solutions, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the suite of tools and services that our professional clients leverage to execute transactions, both on and off platform, as part of their daily business needs. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives to deliver on our group's goals and critical metrics, contributing to both organic and new growth through new and improved products, working across business and technology groups to deliver an exceptional client experience, and assisting in overall product management responsibilities for our product set. In this role you will interact regularly with other teams in the Fidelity Institutional brokerage businesses, sales and relationship managers, internal and external partners, and a variety of client audiences. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to leverage their experience working with broker dealer and investment advisor clients in a product management role.


The Expertise And Skills You Bring


  • Skilled in balancing priorities of simultaneous projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to encourage collaboration in pursuit of a goal.
  • Strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to project management. Agile experience preferred, but not required.
  • Solid understanding of the registered investment advisor or broker/dealer marketplace.
  • Proven sense of ownership and dedication to achieving important results.
  • Product management experience a plus.
  • Bachelors or equivalent with demonstrated ability at a financial services firm or service provider to the industry. Brokerage experience required.
  • Experience engaging clients in onsite and offsite environments.


The Team


As part of Fidelity Institutional, the Transaction Solutions group develops and supports key offerings for our Clearing and Custody clients. As a member of the product team you will contribute by applying your skills to deliver high quality solutions that benefit our clients and help them service their unique needs. You will play a substantial role in identifying key requirements, benefits, and end goals for our products. You will work closely with both business and technology partners to produce solutions that are effective and line up with the firm’s strategic goals.

$103,000 - $137,000 per year


This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
