Product Coordinator Jobs

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with the leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear for a Product Coordinator position. This will be a hybrid contract opportunity located in NYC. We are looking for someone that will support the Strategy Managers in all aspects of the strategy and development process. The ideal candidate is adaptable, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and work well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Line Management:

• Support on all product development milestones
• General upkeep of PLM data integrity
• Technical line sheet for license
• Collection training tools
• Upkeep of product catalogs

Reporting

• Ad-hoc analysis
• Pull information from data systems (including monthly reports)
• Product reviews
• Competitive market deep dives
• Upper management report preparation (requires high level of accuracy)

Material Management:

• Assist organizing samples
• Assist with new material development
• Preparation for meetings (IE: placing sketches on boards, preparing color forms, preparing prototype kick-off forms, printing materials for meetings)
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the material libraries

Requirements:

• Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential.
• 3+ years' experience work experience
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
• B.S/B.A. degree in Merchandising management and/or Product Development
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications
• Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis
