Product Operations Analyst Jobs

About The Role
Peloton is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to help our Product Management team run more successfully, to deliver world class fitness experiences that empower people to be the best version of themselves anytime, anywhere.
This Product Operations role will work with Product Management leaders to identify and implement scalable best practices, throughout the product development lifecycle, across our connected fitness and digital product experiences. Your operational excellence and hands-on partnership will help standardize and uplevel how our Product Management team works, including learning, partnering, documenting, convening, and onboarding. You will be a trusted advisor to product leadership and the entire product team.
This role reports to the VP, Product and will collaborate with all Product Management leaders.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Coordinate Product Management team rituals, including monthly all hands and annual onsite meetings
• Audit our current product management processes for maturity, efficiency, and consistency, then suggest and implement improvements.
• Develop tooling, documentation, and resources for all existing and new Product Managers to understand and follow a modern, consistent product management process
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in design, engineering, and technical program management to improve how all Product functions work together
• Assess product management collaborations with non-technical departments and implement more consistent and valuable partnerships, including with Member Support and Content
• Identify opportunities to increase overall Product Management team engagement and implement high impact changes

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Experience coordinating activities and events for dozens of people to achieve business goals, such as business processes and events
• Ambitious mindset and ability to manage through dynamic, changing situations
• Analytical and problem solving skills. Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and running/analyzing surveys
• 3+ years in business operations, analytics or strategy, including 2+ years in a technical environment
• Bonus: interest in the Product Management process

Base Salary: $103,200.00 to $134,200.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
