What’s a typical day as a Product Coordinator? You’ll be:

Previous experience (1-3 years) in product coordination, product management, or related roles within the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and product management software.

Coordinate and manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, ensuring products meet quality standards and deadlines.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support in promoting products to clients and customers.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS

·Manage and execute all vinyl/CD production for new releases.

·Manage digital catalog/assets and input metadata for all artists.

·Administrative support for BA's President / A&R manager

·Excellent MS Office skills — Proficient in Excel

Manage product data in internal systems for accuracy and transparency.

Advise vendors on product details and requirements through tech packs.

Request and manage product samples for internal and external use.

Manage Centric software with internal and external teams to ensure it meets the demands of the R&D and other internal teams.

1–3 years of experience in sourcing or product development preferred.

Strong knowledge of developing long-term supply relationships.

Communicate with clients to address educational and technical needs and build strong relationships

Great customer service, proactive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

1+ year of professional experience supporting a product, marketing, or client services team

Coordinate training topic selection, logistics, and moderate monthly calls for multiple clients simultaneously

Maintain client information within internal databases

Travels with Regional Sales Managers calling on present and prospective customers as needed

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (writing and verbal)

Upper management report preparation (requires high level of accuracy)

B.S/B.A. degree in Merchandising management and/or Product Development

3+ years' experience work experience

Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
