Title And Summary

Manager, Product Management

The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk and security needs of all of MasterCard’s various customer segments.

The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.

The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team is responsible for mitigating fraud while optimizing revenue and client experience for our clients and cardholders by leveraging the latest in fraud management products and technologies for the prevention and detection of fraudulent activity.

Additionally, the team’s goal is to ensure the integrity of the payment system for fraud management and mitigation products addressing the entire account lifespan.

The Manger, Transaction Intelligence Will Be Responsible To

• Track revenue for all products, forecast, identify churn and revenue opportunities.
• Manage partnership within Mastercard teams and external vendors.
• Define the strategy to capture and measure the product value through customer feedback and creating the action plans to address customers’ expectations and concerns, partnering with the customer success team.
• Pre-sale support for new customers, definition of use case and execution of pilots
• Develop and run dashboards and KPIs to increase controls and better visibility to upper management.
• Manage monthly presentation to key stakeholders.

Use communication and relationship management skills to build working teams and create alliances and influence stakeholders. Works closely with Regional Product Management, Implementation and Support teams on global and regional projects.

• Generate routine and ad hoc product reports for product management
• Serve as contact for subject matter expertise with all cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the analysis and implementation of pricing initiatives for new or existing products and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and collaborate across multiple cross functional teams including business, sales, regional and technical staff
• Identify customer usage trends and revenue opportunities.
• Perform annual product health check analysis to ensure product viability and strategy adherence.

Product Management

• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap and strategy.
• Act as a product owner and lead strategic initiatives to enhance and expand our products
• Responsible for business case creation, product and pricing strategy, product planning, product tracking and reporting product performance (KPIs)
• Experience on product management and Studio methodology

Financial Management

• Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
• Review and approve regional business cases for requests submitted.
• Participate in planning, forecasting, and other financial management efforts.

Skills/Experience

• Ability to work with different teams and influence others to achieve objectives
• Solid communications skills, business acumen and ability to translate research results into high level summary.
• Experience on fraud product management, strategy or management a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strategical thinking
• Knowledge of payments industry, payments processing and issuer fraud solutions

Other

Proficiency with MasterCard’s proprietary data sources such as Enterprise Analytics, MyMPA, Ad Hoc Data Warehouse reporting, Enterprise Reporting preferred

Purchase, New York: $136,000 - $210,000 USD

Atlanta, Georgia: $118,000 - $183,000 USD

Miami, Florida: $118,000 - $183,000 USD
