OUR STORY

We are Facilities Management Group (FMG) Solution, and our focus is to provide pre-cooling equipment manufacturing, service, maintenance, repairs, parts sales, consulting, and operational expertise for facility operators in the cold storage industry. Our mission is to own and manage superior real estate cold storage facilities and state-of-the-art pre-cooling equipment to support our growers, shippers, and service provider tenants.

As our President, you will lead and oversee strategy and profitability for our company’s five unique divisions. Your journey with us will involve leading a team of brilliant minds, charting strategic courses, and driving the company's growth trajectory.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and implement strategic plans with our leadership team that align with our mission and drive sustainable growth. Instill a culture of continuous improvement, character, integrity, and a ‘get-it-done attitude’ in an energizing and motivating work environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.

• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the senior management team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

• Develop best practices and effective SOPs while driving change initiatives.

• Build relationships with vendors and outside agents, effectively representing our company’s interests.

• Evaluate current market (i.e., market share, geography, customer's service mix, etc.) and identify new markets. Develop and execute a plan for market penetration which assures attainment of revenue and earnings goals.

• Evaluate and identify acquisition or roll-up opportunities to create greater scale and efficiency through the gain of talent, assets, and/or customer relationships.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business or Industrial Engineering and a proven track record of leading a similar company to a high level of service and profitability

• You’ll need knowledge of the following areas:

o Ability to read, analyze and interpret solid works and Cad drawings as well as P&IDs.

o Skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Knowledge of post-harvest facilities cold storage management, manufacturing, sales, leasing, service and parts for precooling industrial equipment, refrigeration construction techniques, drawings, and specifications, cold storage design build consulting and compliance experience.

o Knowledge of building and manufacturing materials, engineering standards, and codes.

• You are a charismatic communicator, with the power to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders in a stressful environment.

• You are an expert in operational management, resource allocation and process optimization.

• You have an innate ability to dissect problems, develop creative solutions and lead teams through complexity.
