Summary

Our President is responsible for establishing KPI's, obtaining high market share and driving profits for the business unit. This executive position reports to our CEO at the parent company.


What you'll be doing

  • Plan and implement strategic direction to meet goals for growth, profitability and market share through market expansion, penetration and portfolio enhancement.
  • Direct team activities to achieve business objectives through analysis on the market and competitors.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and develop the company’s brand.
  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and determine areas for improvement.


What we're looking for

  • Success planning and implementing strategic plans to achieve year over year growth
  • Strong people leader to build and develop teams
  • Master's degree in Business
  • 15 years' experience building a go-to market strategy and corporate sales plan
