Vanir is seeking a talented and experienced Vice President of Brand Strategies. This person will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, as well as developing and implementing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and building brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all content is on-brand, on-message and optimized for search engine results.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop, design, and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct audience research, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify opportunities for content innovation and optimization.
  • Identify, develop and lead strategic brand direction both short- and long-term opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Utilize syndicated data to provide insight on the brand, category, consumer, customers, and competition to make recommendations and evaluates marketing plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills paired with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • 10+ years experience in end-to-end marketing, ideally within the A/E/C industry
  • Must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and ownership; embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary for this position is $165,000-180,000.
