Job Summary:

The role of a pre-sales lead involves working closely with the sales team to help identify potential customers, assess their needs, and provide support during the sales process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to RFPs and other bid requests from customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests and requirements.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain regular communication to identify additional needs and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Understanding of maximizing profit per order utilizing inventory logistics, micro-economic principles, accounting, and ecommerce technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM and other sales software.
• Technical understanding of the company's products and services.
