About the role:

K Health is seeking a Pre-Visit Specialist to support our clinicians. We’re looking for a thorough and organized collaborator who is keenly aware of detail and has a strong work ethic. This role requires high acuity and sensitivity. This person thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly learn new tasks, clearly communicate any concerns and pivot to new tracks of work. With a bias for execution, the ideal candidate has a dedicated passion for excellence in delivering the highest quality of care to the patients we serve.

What you'll be doing:

• Calendar management for team of medical providers, including patient rescheduling for appointments
• Confirm sufficient and accurate information is collected before directing patients to join healthcare visits with medical providers
• Manage an inbox of incoming and outgoing messages with patients to collect information needed prior to virtual healthcare visits
• Patient interaction to coordinate availability for rescheduling appointments
• Works efficiently with the clinical teams to ensure a smooth flow for the patient and team.
• Effectively provides back-up for other areas as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience with G-Suite and Slack
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Compensation:

$18 — $21 USD

K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
