About The Opportunity


Netrix Global, an award-winning global provider of cybersecurity and IT (Information Technology) services, is seeking a highly motivated  Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. With multiple recent acquisitions and significant growth projections in the year ahead, this is an exciting time to join Netrix! 


How You Will Make An Impact


  • Work on developing relationships outside of initial contact within current customer base
  • Work with inbound lead-flow to follow up on leads via all methods of contact, qualify those leads and help them progress to opportunity stage, and where applicable, the closed stage
  • Support Netrix marketing initiatives
  • Work effectively with your Regional Sales partners, Sales Engineering partners and customer experience partners to help build revenue momentum in territory – This role is a member of an account team
  • Develop and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines (we use Salesforce)
  • Process any/all hardware and licensing orders for any deal size to maximize account penetration
  • Work with Channel Partners in dedicated regions & states and help solidify our team-based go-to-market approach
  • Account Planning/cross-sell within “named accounts” including presenting Netrix Solutions [hardware and services] and presenting Netrix differentiators
  • Be a trusted advisor to the customer. Understand and manage customer outcomes specific to hardware and software sales, leveraging customer knowledge and established relationships
  • Research and prep work for that week's upcoming appointments
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
  • Deliver out of box ideas to increase account penetration and help drive account team to great results
  • Understand the customer holistically, including their business model, goals, projects, timelines, IT infrastructure and more. Anticipate the needs of the customer, and their next steps in the lifecycle journey with Netrix 
  • Work with the account team to own non-strategic deals from end-to-end


What You Will Bring To The Table


  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills across various channels
  • Effective team player, quick learner, and self-motivated
  • Experience with Salesforce & CPQ (Configure Price Quote) a plus
  • Adept in technologies and solutions that Netrix sells to provide guidance and assist customers with their needs
  • Strong working knowledge of IT solutions field a plus
  • Experience selling technology services, hardware, and software licenses - Channel and MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience a bonus
  • Customer-centric, self-sufficient, and dependable
  • Strong listening and interpretation skills
  • Comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, developing creative solutions, deescalating critical issues, and ensuring customers are positioned for success
  • 2-3+ years Inside Sales Rep experience (role dependent) or account management experience in a SaaS/software or IT/technology company
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Data analytics skills to help identify trends and improve process efficiencies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
