Job Description
Overview:
The Practice Manager II is responsible for managing the daily administrative and technical support sections of the orthopedic service line at Conway Regional Health System in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. The managing areas include both the Conway Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center (COSMC) and the Conway Regional Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. This position will support 14 providers (physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners).
Qualifications:
Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
2-5 years supervisory-level experience in a clinic setting preferred.
Experience in an orthopedics setting preferred.
