Marchesa's PR department is currently seeking 2023 FALL Semester Interns from September – December 2023. Must be located in NYC or be able to commute.

The collections, designed by British - born Georgina Chapman, is coveted not only by celebrities but by fashion-forward women of all ages. Over the past 15 years, Marchesa has evolved into a full lifestyle brand which includes evening wear and day wear lines, Marchesa Notte and Notte Mini, Couture and Notte Bridal, and Marchesa Active.

Requirements: Enrolled in an Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university with a major or minor in PR/Marketing (preferred) - Previous Fashion PR & Social Media experience is preferred but not required - Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Outlook/Email - Strong leadership, creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills - Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills - A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow-through attitude in a fast paced environment - 2 full days are required - College credit is required, not a paid position*

Responsibilities - The PR Intern will learn how to: - Sample track using FashionGPS/Launchmetrics and continuously maintain the master closet - Create shipments, packaging and tracking pick-ups/deliveries/shipments - Assist with production of photo shoots & events - Assist with model castings & go-sees - Maintain showroom, including setting up looks for market, special meetings, VIP fittings etc. - Manage social media: assist with posts and engagement of social media on all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest - Take BTS social media content during photo shoots/fittings/and in design atelier - Assist with content creation on IG/Reels/TikTok
