What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Producer. The primary role of the Producer is to manage and lead multiple productions at a given time to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist content review and provide feedback reports on MA data, including comments, ratings, and wins/losses, to identify what contents are hits.
  • Coordinate with the ingest team for the new director/producer system access setup.
  • Some travel may be required; on an as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that support the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and update budget tracking documents.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with model agencies as an ambassador.
  • Adhere to the production calendar, ensuring all shoots are finished on time.
  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, casting, and scheduling.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.
  • Direct on-camera talent and provide guidance and support to the production crew.
  • Manage multiple productions at any time to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget expectations.
  • Conduct and attend meetings with stakeholders and marketing teams to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained.
  • Execute due diligence for production paperwork and prepare reports for the management team.
  • This will include creative ideation and delegation, as well as overseeing budgets and schedules to ensure shoots' smooth running and content delivery across all platforms.
  • Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, working closely with the editing team.
  • Coordinate with producers and the content team with a focus on monitoring payouts & cost.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production to ensure the company's video content remains innovative and engaging.
  • Develop and manage timelines and workflows for production needs, internal teams, agency partners and other projects.
  • Produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Create and manage video production schedules and budgets.
  • Work with content creators and on-screen talent.


Must Haves:


  • Effective working independently and as a team member; demonstrates autonomy over assigned work while working towards goals shared by the team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting and audio recording.
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, including experience in pre-production planning, shooting, and directing.
  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field.
  • A strong portfolio of video projects that demonstrate technical expertise and creative vision.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, with a creative eye and great organizational skills.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to develop and execute video concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Learns from and applies feedback by making suggested improvements and adjustments in work performance.
  • Proficiency with video equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Comfortable with strict deadlines and balancing changing priorities on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment.


Nice To Haves:


  • Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools (Ex: Asana, Jira, Monday, etc)
