Maintains strong customer-focused relationships with TFB leadership, Product & Technology, Finance and Enterprise Portfolio Management and Delivery teams.

7-10 years Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Technical Project Management Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints in a matrixed environment. (Required)

Cross Functional Relationships Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Owns end-to-end product portfolio management and value proposition.

Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

3+ years of experience in online gambling operations, with a focus on casino and sportsbook management

Operations Management: Oversee the operations of the online casino and esportsbook, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities

Strong knowledge of online gambling platforms, casino games, and sports betting

Familiarity with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Identify and investigate potential AR exposures and determine which balances to escalate to property management and/or the client

Independently manage and determine priority of outstanding tasks and research requests

Accounting related experience of at least 2 years preferred

Knowledge and a curiosity for macroeconomics, financial markets, risk premium concepts, tactical positioning, asset classes, and fund investments

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience working in Finance operations, portfolio operations/management.

Experience working with portfolio management software systems and databases.

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and create financial statements for Produce Pay clients, investor-facing reports, and management-facing reports.

Lead a team of analysts in the management of the product portfolio and support of different departments in its sustained growth.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using proprietary data from the Produce Pay platform to support internal management and accounting needs,

Advanced skills in Excel (including macros, etc).
