Job Description

Are you looking for a great job with advancement potential? We have an immediate opening for a Production Manager, with a background in the wire harness industry. Qualtronics is a fast-growing custom wire harness design and low-production, high-quality manufacturing facility in beautiful Columbus, Indiana.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, guide, and mentor employees and hold them accountable for meeting daily production and quality goals
  • Direct processes where teams and individual performance are recognized
  • Manage 75-100 employees with 5-6 direct reports
  • Develop and champion processes and practices to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional knowledge of the wire harness processes and procedures
  • Eagerness to manage an expanding production facility
  • Ability to manage strategic and tactical issues by being hands-on
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with shifting priorities and moving deadlines
  • Ability to mentor, train and grow employees and technicians
  • A desire to advance personally and professionally
